Replaces Snake's TPP sneaking suit with the outfit worn by the mist skull unit, offering several alternative colour variants.

Adds the mist skull's combat suit as a wearable option for Snake and the avatar.
Will render the base bionic arm invisible in order to function, so remember to switch to a different arm when wearing a different outfit.
