to install this mod you have to un pack texture0.dat and chunk0.dat with the MGSV_QAR_Tool and make shure that you have the latest
dictionary.text file
chose the skin you like and replace the files from the zip files to the unpacked texture0 and chunk0 folders
then repack the two .dat files dont forget to make backup of the files
