About this mod

An attempt to bring more realism to the game. Now you will fear the bullets.
WARNING : The game becomes very unforgiving and harsh (checkpoints reset when dead, no access to GPS, new serious injuries system, etc...).

Description
Tries to make the game a little more closer to a military simulator. Similar to games like Operation Flashpoint Cold War Crisis, SWAT 3 CQB, or Arma 2.

Compatibility
Currently works with Zeta since r6. If you find any issue be sure that Backwards Compatibility is enabled. It's recommended to increase by 1 the load order of Project realism - Sons of Liberty (so the load order should look like :
Backwards Compatibility 1, AllWeaponMods 1Project realism - Sons of Liberty 2).

Hints
  • Hold call key and press reload to check your health status.
  • Hold reload key and press left to equip and cycle through headwear's, or reload key and right to unequip them (only DD soldiers).
  • When entering a shower, a portable toilet, or throwing a bait, your wounds will heal after a while (2 and a half or 5 minutes). Once the time reached, press E to fully heal.
  • If you're injured and die or decide to restart the mission or return to ACC or shut down the game, the wounds will still be there. Only way to heal is to enter a shower, a portable toilet, or throw a bait.
  • You can temporarily carry two primary weapons when equipping a secondary weapon.
  • Map/iDroid only available inside of portable toilets.
  • Hold the stance button to order the helicopter to pull up.
  • When injured to the arm you can still dive, pick up things, enter vehicles or open doors. Just hold the sprint button and then press the corresponding action button.
  • When injured to the arm, hold the reload button to reload a weapon.
  • If you are crippled and die during an action (climbing, jumping, holding an enemy, riding a horse, etc...), press enter and then OK to get out the loading loop.
  • Alerting the enemies will reset the checkpoint save. Be careful, if you decide to shut down the game you will lose your progression in the current mission.

Weapons : damage increased, assault and sniper rifles can pierce helmets/kevlar vests, ammo reduced slightly, suppressors last much longer (not infinite to let the choice of removing them), most weapons can pierce wood. You can only carry one primary weapon, the non selected hip/back weapon will fall on the ground (only exception are OSP RPGs. You can carry one + a hip weapon). Changed the speed of most bullets by real life values. Various fixes to scopes (because of FOV changes, the magnification is incorrect despite what is displayed).
Life : player has the same life points than enemies. One or two shots will kill or incapacitate (both player/enemy). Health regeneration disabled.
Checkpoints : will reset on death or if the enemies are alerted.
Items : new Idroid/map system, fulton limited to 1, cigar disabled during missions. Helicopter attack and air strike support disabled (use grenades to call or launch an helicopter attack). Binoculars directional microphone disabled (the sound is muted).
UI : new marking system (to mark enemies carry them, CQC hold them, or hold up them), Xray disabled, most UI notifications disabled (outpost cleared, etc...), checkpoint save icon disabled.
Injury system : a new injury system added. When hit, your torso, legs or arms can be crippled. To heal simply enter a portable toilet, a shower, or throw a bait.
AI : increased sight by x4. Some changes to the hearing range (kill shots and flesh hits are now more silent, but gunshots/explosions can be heard from 1.6 km. Dirt impact are still noisy). Tranquilizers will make sleep for 8 hours, and CQC complete combo or strangulation 2 hours (both real time). Injured soldiers will last more time (10 minutes. Be careful, some can still use their handgun). Decreased most Skulls parasites attack damage (machete still kills you in one blow).
Sound : the following is disabled : ambient music (alarms, suspicion, etc...), cover blown sound, enemy radio conversations, some Ocelot and Miller radio calls, Quiet humming, Quiet laser sound, horse on mount drum beat, searchlight alert sound, some cartoonish loot sound, cartoonish flesh hit/head shots sounds, bullet proof vest hit, CQC combo fighter aircraft sound, sprinting wind, low health heavy noise, blocked sound.
Camera : same FOV for all views (even when aiming down sights).
Time scale : changed to x5 (vanilla is x25).
Infinite Heaven and ihHook : restricted functionalities.

Installation
It's highly recommended to make a backup of the following folders in case you want to merge Infinite Heaven and ihHook with your values :
 guiStylesmodules and saves. These folders are located in the mod folder.
If not already done, first install Infinite Heaven. Then simply use SnakeBite to install the mod.
