UPDATE: April/18/2023 - I was messing around with mgsv again and I meant to update this mod last year with a variant /v2 version of this mod... but I ended up losing it and was too busy to recover it, well today I came across the file, confirmed that it was the file and decided to upload it so.... Sorry /.\

Gold:
- no bandana- Virtuous Mission (Olive Drab)- Splitter Face Camo 
- bandana- Virtuous Mission (Olive Drab)- No Face Camo - Two eyes

Silver:
- no bandana- Operation Snake Eater (Tiger Stripe Camo)- No Face Camo - Two eyes
- bandana- Operation Snake Eater (Tiger Stripe Camo)- Zombie Face Camo

URGENT!!!!
I just found out why this mods Two eyes do not appear, seems like This mod only works for older versions of IHook(r16). There is a bug for IHHook r17 that replaces all silver and gold heads with default heads. Using IHHook r16 will fix this.
