Port of RyuujiTakasu's mod for SnakeBite because I didn't want to mess with the chunk1 file. I only made it a .mgsv file for easy install.
It changes Quiet's default outfit, not the XOF one. The fade effect is a bit wonky and her weapons don't show up in mission prep, but everything works well otherwise. Haven't tested FOB infiltrations, so I don't know if there's any weird stuff there.
Install using SnakeBite.
