    Nice!

    I tried to do this with the files published on Xentax, I managed to get the FMDLs and others, but didn't work, what else did you edit in the models?

    Edit: must have been the FRDV or FCNP

      Resdec and FPK tool, that was it. Swapped Reedus' with V's head. Got the textures working too. http://i.imgur.com/HKbxlKf.jpg
      I decided to try and swap Reedus with Snake's body to fix the facial bones issue but that just causes the game to crash. I'll keep messing around with it though.

      I got the head swap to work too:

      Just don't have the textures, no idea where you got those. I tried to swap only the PT FMDL on Solid Snake, to see whenether the other two are the only problem, crashed too, so that's strange. I'll be searching too.

      Upd: I swapped it over a staff member's head, it worked, but the face bones were still broken, so I don't know what to do without a working FRDV, except for vertex editing which sounds like hell

      Very odd. Good to know it's not just on my end.
      As for the textures just replace the default .ptfxs (ex: plfova_sna0_face0_v00.pftxs) with the Reedus .pftxs (plparts_normal.pftxs). If you want to actually extract the .pftxs file use the old GZ Tool (https://github.com/Atvaark/GzsTool/releases/tag/v0.2). None of the FtexTool versions work with the .ftex's though (even though they're all there).

      Ah, I see about the textures, I thought that the PFTXS didn't have some LODs. I'll try to put it over the head in the sneaking suit fpk and null out everything but the head.

      Not sure what can be done about the rigging though, as far as I know there's no tools for that.

      I meant the FRDV file, we can't do much without it.

      That model is not only terrifying, it also doesn't have face rigging, so it's better than the player model, I guess.

      Nice. Also as stupid as it sounds, have you tried swapping Reedus over the DD's mask model to see if that fixes the mouth at all, or venom's bionic arm? Cause I am thinking of testing it out myself.

      I've tried the staff members' head model, a lip bone doesn't work too well, and the teeth in the suits' files don't match.

      I've repositioned the lips so the teeth wouldn't show, and it looks passable, from certain angles, that is.

      Venom's arm won't work because I'd need a working FCNP file from PT.

      Hmm right. Yeah I tried it with the arm and has the same melting face. Plus a lot of the model seems so unrigged too. Guessing cause it's missing it's jacket bones which I think Skullface and Ocelot would have too for their jackets.

      The bones are there, I'm pretty sure that the problem with the PT models is the FCNP/FRDV files that don't want to work in MGSV

      Hmm right. Yeah I don't think there is anything to sort that out, unless it could be a Hexing job to a tpp file to work alonside the PT model. But I doubt it would be that simple.

    Obviously need the textures. Unfortunately the ftex tool doesn't work with them.
