Sort of for me, sort of a request; replaces the Infinity Face Paint texture with the No Paint texture so you can use infinite ammo without a bunch of kanji on your face.
Installation: Simply extract the .zip file into your MGS3 installation folder and select "Yes" when prompted to overwrite.
