Manual Installation Drop the folder into your main MGS2 directory and replace on conflict. It is recommended that if you are installing this you install it first and let other mods overwrite files if there are conflicts. This now puts the textures files into \textures\flatlist\ovr_stm\ovr_eu\_win which means you retain the original texture files.
Ps. The screencaps were taken with a Reshade RTGI enhanced playthrough. PM me if you want the Reshade preset. At the 5:00 minute mark you can see this texture in action:
