Game menu opens with insert button (Editable) Extract everything to game folder
If menu doesn't appear try to install:
The latest Visual C++ Redistributables. BOTH x86 AND x64!
If its crashing or something related to it go to the sha1 checksum and drop your .exe into it, if its not the same as ad6750825e2158a9e5cbaf31f90d23c9e4948746, it means you have a little modified or old version of game
If this didn't work, use .ini file to apply cheats to the game
