Description
This mod allow custom skin to have their own voice bank to use instead of using the voice bank from the original character.
This previously require separate plugin for each skin/skin bundle but this will streamline it so you only need a json file for it
How to Install
1. Install BepInEx and Tangerine
2. Download the plugin
3. Extract and copy BepInEx folder to MEGA_MAN_X_DiVE_Offline folder
FAQ
Q: I installed it but it doesn't do anything
This is an addon, an extension for other modder to work with. There will be mod that required to install in the future.
Q: Why some voice/soundfx in the character selection screen still having the old voice?
Some voice tied to the animation bundle, you need to edit them to the correct bundle for their voice to change
Luckily, each skin can have their own animation bundle so you can edit them accordingly
Q: Why victory voice have to be input in the table? Isn't the voice played during the victory posed was also in the animation bundle?
Yes, technically, the victory voice also set inside the animation bundle
However, skin animation bundle ONLY USED in the Character selection screen. During gameplay, it still load the original animation bundle instead
Q: Can I used other character voice bank for the other?
Yes, you can.
But only the basic movement and attack voice will change.
Skill, Intro, Enter Stage and Victory are usually exclusive so they can't play on different character unless it was called in controller or animation bundle
Q: What if I have 2 table for the same skin?
The one load last will take effect
Q: How to find Victory's voices?
You can check Victory track in VOICE_ acb file using Eternity Audio Tool
