Adds the Furmur Doll from Honkai Star Rail as a boss chip in the custom chip store.

Adds the iconic Furmur Doll based off Sparkle from Honkai Star Rail as a boss chip to the custom chip store.
This is the very first chip to have a custom model import and audio playing when you select the chip in the menu.
The audio playing however will not revert unless you leave the chip menu entirely, for now.
Skill: Neutron Bomb
Increase base ATK and CRID by 25%. When landing a weapon hit, trigger the Cipher Field effect, which damages all targets within the specified range of the field for 25% of attack. Additionally, when attacking with a weapon type that is not melee, it will additionally launch 7 rainbow lanterns that deal damage equal to 20% of attack, tracking targets and ignoring terrain. Hits from the rainbow lantern and the Cipher Field count as weapon hits. Casting the Cipher Field also grants the Cipher effect, increasing your damage dealt by 12%. This effect cannot be removed and stacks up to 2 times. There is a cooldown of 3 seconds between each time you cast the field. Upgrading this chip's star rank will have no effect.
