Replaces all the loading screens with new ones, made to be more stylistic.

Replaces all the loading screens with new ones, made to be more stylistic. Artwork does not belong to me.
Not all the loading screens are shown, they should be all good quality.
The tip text has also been changed to be helpful life advice. English only, translations appreciated. Some of them could be considered political.
It is a work in progress because of these known bugs:
- Border of the images are sometimes "choppy", for now unknown why has the .png is quite clean
- Occasionally a vanilla loading screen will pop up, I'm really unsure why because the 2Dtexture and Sprite files are all correct. It will still play the new screens after you see a vanilla one, so not entirely a big issue but still.
- In the future this mod will include the Title Screen and the little 8-bit megaman sprite that's on the loading bar on the loading screen
- "Grey" "Ashe" "Sigma" etc text still appears on the new loading screens, unsure how to remove them showing up
If anyone finds the solution to these problems let me know!
