About this mod

Adds the "Kat-Sith Launcher" to the custom weapon store. The weapon features multiple unique mechanics.

My most ambitious weapon up to this point as well as one of the few custom launchers ever released.

This weapon is based off "Prill", an iconic character from 모두의 마블 who owns a cannon that fires "Neutralizing Rockets", The bullets and fx have been recreated as faithfully as possible, as well as the model of the launcher. The weapon specializes in high damage, fast RoF, and unique mechanics such as self-blind, and a new debuff, "Nightmare".

The skills are as follows:
Main fire:
Arbritrary Bomb

Fire special missiles that ignore terrain, dealing damage equal to 80% of attack. 
Passive 1: Break In!
When you hit a target, inflict DEF weaken to increase the target's damage taken by 40%. This effect can also be activated again after 6 seconds. 

Passive 2: Double! 12!
Increase ROF and flight speed by 50% and add a tracking effect. 

Passive 3: Let's Freeze It!
When you are hit, there is a 70% chance to release 2 Frost Javelins that quickly seek targets and ignore terrain. Each Frost Javelin deals damage equal to 100% of attack that reduces the target's movement speed by 50% upon detonating. 

Passive 4: Who Has a Nightmare?
When hitting a target with the weapon, inflict the Nightmare status, causing a 60% chance for the target to miss attacks and dealing 60% less damage for a period of time. This effect can only be activated again after 6 seconds. 

Passive 5: Unruly Paint Bomb
When firing the weapon, there is a moderate chance to fire 3 additional missiles which track targets and ignore terrain, each dealing damage equal to 150% of attack. 
Become accelerated after using the weapon, increasing movement speed by 18%. This effect can be stacked 2 times. 

Passive 6: Neutralize Rocket, Detonate! 
When firing the weapon, there is a small chance to fire two large Neutralizing Rockets each dealing damage equal to 350% of attack. The rockets creates a Neutralizing Field that periodically deals damage to all targets in range. The Neutralizing Field inflicts the Neutralize status, which stuns targets that are hit by the field. There is a 4-second cooldown before the next Neutralizing Rockets can be fired.

HS1: Neutralize! Color Completion!
The additional missiles from Unruly Paint Bomb  are now guaranteed to land a critical hit, and at this time, your CRID is increased by 300%. However, due to overload, the missiles will detonate too much paint, briefly inflicting the Blind status on yourself. 

HS2: Demolition Rush
When firing the weapon, there is a 60% chance to increase your CRID by 50%, and can be stacked up to 4 times. This effect can only be activated again after 1 second. 

HS3: Nightmare Special Attack
When hitting a target under the Nightmare status, increase damage you deal by 30%. 

HS4: Blackout, Toll-Free
When hitting a target with the weapon, cleanse yourself of all negative status and recover HP equal to 15% of your max HP. This effect can only be activated again after 6 seconds.
