Added randomness to the appearance of muzzle flash for infantry weapons.
Increased tracer size for rockets and adjusted their tracer speed.

OLD VERSION: Encase you want the inaccurate vanilla tracer speeds for the infantry weapons.
NOTE: Infantry weapons are hit scan (meaning instant - even in vanilla) so you still take damage even if you see you are dodging their shots (tracers).
