A ReShade preset inspired by the gritty look of Highfleet. If you're a fan of the intrusive, muddled visuals of that game, then you might like this.

Disclaimer : This preset does not work too well in the menus, but I find in-game elements to be readable using VonHUD. I have not tested using the vanilla HUD, but it may or may not obstruct it.
Also, the graininess of the ReShade is slightly amplified in the screenshots. Don't really know why, but it's a bit clearer during gameplay.
New : There is now a lite version of the ReShade that removes the more egregious film grain effects. Refer to the images to see the difference.
Directions (if you need them)
STEP 1 : Download ReShade at reshade.me
STEP 2 : Download everything it prompts. I downloaded every effect, so I don't know what can be excluded. Sorry :( STEP 3 : Put the preset in MW5Mercs/Binaries/Win64.
Once you start the game, you can go through the ReShade setup and select the preset.
NOTE:
I highly recommend disabling bloom. You can follow this guide on Reddit, choosing only to mess with bloom rather than the other graphical settings.
