About this mod
Increases unlock rate of upgrades from cantina or skips the grind altogether. this is basically just moorestevensonv's mod as his no longer exists.

contains a double speed and full unlock version.
again full credit to moorestevensonv for the original version of this mod.
note: the "instant unlocker" works via a quest tie in to the first quest that unlocks cantina in the first place - meaning the instant version only works if added to the game -before- you unlock the cantina in the first place (such as a fresh start, or a reputation 3 or lower save), otherwise use the 2x version
