About this mod
This sets all 4 salvage stats to 99%. People keep asking for maxxed chances because if you kill it, it should be available. Don't ask for another one. Sorry. I'd love to do one with a config file so you can pick your own, but I hate this mod editor.

Don't ask for YAML compatible, use the config files in YAML to set what you want.
