Removes the horrible vocal filters on dialogue which makes Enemy and DLC characters sound indistinguishable and "evil"
Again, for DLC5.
Experimental: added some filters for BB to sound more "inside cockpit" vs "inside head, like your bipolar ex" kinda feel.

Im not sure why Devs continue to use the Nasty radio filter which makes voices from any "bad guy" sound so "evil" on the in-game radio.
But here it is, a fix, so you can hear enemy and DLC voice actors properly, with their own personalities coming through.
Not to boast, but this is a must have mod if you play with sound and have an interest in the story of the game.
CAUTION: Download file will be large, I have modified all dialogue files for consistency, there is a lot of em.
