While making another mod I noticed a few mistakes on the Medium Rifle so I fixed it.
Tech level 3 Medium Rifles mislabeled as tech level 2.
Medium Rifles have damage quark instead of damage percentage quark resulting in adding 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 damage instead of 5%, 10%, 20%, 30% respectively. Meaning damage is 12.05, 12.1, 12.2, 12.3 instead of 12.6, 13.2, 14.4, 15.6 like it should be.
This is just a small mod to correct a small mistake but lets face it, it was overlooked for so long because so few builds use the medium rifle and not many people will care but here is a fix if you do want it.
