Adds some Quality Of Life changes - Thermal Vision, Headlights, Godmode, FPS Limiter, Mech loadout save/load in Mechlab, Starmap search.

Use Bobbert's Mod Options to set variables.
Adds some Quality Of Life changes that trickled down from Yet Another Mechlab:
Thermal Vision - Page Down
Mech Lights - L
Torso Counter Rotation - CapsLock
Kill Target - Ctrl-Alt-F8
Weapon Group Mode Switch - CTRL-WpnGroup (for YAW LBX cannons)
Mod Options:
- God Mode
- FPS Limiter
- Salvage percent chance (cored, legged, headshot, items)
- Garbage Collection Timer to mitigate mem leak via persistent actor timer event
Other:
- Search button for star system in Starmap
- Mechlab has Default / Load / Save Loadouts buttons now. Uses the InstantAction.json to store the loadouts. Loads or shows the variant's base loadout with Default.
Change keybinds and other values with Bobbert's Mod Options:
