Some basic improvements to the infantry added by PGI's official mod.

A basic mod to improve some aspects of the infantry introduced by PGI's mod.
- More infantry will spawn at garrisons around the map. Rather than facing a few at a time, you will have potentially tens of little ants shooting at you in vain.
- The infantry should detect you much sooner than usual, rather than just standing there while you disintegrate their friends.
- Removed the little icons above the troop's heads, in order to improve immersion.
Note: This mod may have a noticeable impact on FPS for slower machines. If people experience this problem, I'll release a separate file which adds less infantry to the world.
