Another rewrite, this should make it work on missions that don't have a pickup point by default

Mostly back-end rewrites. The new objective is now added in a way that more closely resembles how objectives are added by the game itself.
As a result, the pickup location is now randomly chosen from a valid drop zone within 1000m of the player. These drop zones are placed by the game's map generation.
This will hopefully also avoid instances of objectives being underground or the Leopard not spawning.

The abort mission button will call your Leopard to pick you up. This functions how you would expect - get to da choppa the Leopard and the mission will end. The mission will be a failure but you will keep any salvage crates you've found.
I haven't yet updated the version with MW2 Betty audio, put together by SankaraSamsara. I've been working on it but I'm not 100% happy with how it's turned out yet so I'm going to try figure out Wwise to be able to put the polish on it that I want.
Known issues:
Aborting mission while your starting Leopard is dropping you off will result in two Leopards on the field
