Updated version that fixes the incorrect damage values and uses a new naming convention to prevent conflicts and to aim mod management.

Removes any chance of the weapon jamming when firing during the cool down sequence. Probably makes the weapon a bit overpowered. Also updates to the new naming convention to prevent conflicts and aim mod management
