Description
This mod fixes the TAG missile spread buff effect and removes firing delay from the Narc Beacon.
Narc fires a single missile, therefore a delay is not needed.

- Tier 2: 90% => 85%
- Tier 3: 85% => 80%
- Tier 4: 80% => 75%
- Tier 4: 75% => 70%

- Removed 0.1 sec firing delay
- resulting in a cycle time of 3.5 sec instead of 3.6 sec.
- Removed 0.1 sec firing delay
