    I'm noticing a flickering/noise in the sky, maybe on everything but it's really only noticeable in the sky where the color shading is more solid. I thought maybe a conflict with VonBiomes or Cockpit glass but no. It's very subtle because I've seen this before but it was way worse, almost like static on an analog tv channel. Not sure what caused it then either. Tried adjusting the r.Tonemapper.GrainQuantization=x with no change.

    Anyone else see this?
    It may have always been there to some extent and I'm just noticing it more?

    Same issues as reported below only the pitch black issue happens with vanilla missions ( so vanilla custom biomes - for example the last Bowie electronics mission) Also have the issue with the headlights being ridiculously bright with cockpit glass

      Tried out the 2.2.1 update overriding Vons - havenb't seen any blackout issues yet so looks like the update seems to have done the trick :)

    dumb question but in the beta version the mod options looks like phase 1 placeholders?

    can you confirm none of those mod options actually do anything yet?

      Lol yeah that just my mod option test that I forgot to delete before uploading. That's the kind QA you should expect from my mods xD

    I know this mod isn't fully compatible with von or cockpit glass, however there are only two extremely minor visual things that are stopping me from just using it, and I'm wondering if there is a particular setting I can play with to fix them. WIth cockpit glass, the glass is always lit extremely brightly with this mod, making night vision insanely bright and making it difficult to see out at night at all as if a lamp is shining on the glass. This seems to happen regardless of load order. I was able to mitigate this problem by just lowering the opacity and diffuse settings on the top of the cockpit glass config. However the other issue is vonbiomes related. When using this mod, the rain from vonbiomes, when passing over a water surface, creates a spectacular arrangement of bright lights on the water, as if some kind of light in the rain drops is reflecting over the water. It makes the entire water surface glitter brightly and is really obnoxious, particularly at night time. Is there a setting in von or here that I could use to resolve that?

      I don't touch water nor rain. It's an issue that come from vanilla that more visible the the rain is the worst it get. I have an idea to fix but that will have to wait for while as it's not simple
      The cockpit glass thing is due to the mod being tuned for each time of day/biomes I think. I guess you could remove all the preset from GEST_Base/GEST_vonBiomes except the Default one ? Your solution seem fine is there any issue with it ?

    latest update (load order after) makes some vonbiomes maps, not even night, pitch black and some others very very dark

    To make things easier, when it comes to finding the ini you can just replace "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local" with "%localappdata%" and it will work no matter the profile name

    Very cool. Cinematic. I missed the binary stars. VonBiomes fog/atmosphere method doesn't play nice with certain mods. WarFx and HFB look awesome again.
