Range of all weapons increased by 90%. Optimal range adjusted accordingly. Regular lasers now fire with 50% of standard cooldown values to be a faster, more agile weapon type.

All ranges have been increased by 90%. I have maintained the ratio of optimal to maximum range in an effort to maintain balancing. The weapons now feel much better, having distance that high tech energy and munitions should. It is also more fun to be able to snipe. You will get attacked from farther out too!

Lasers had too long of a cooldown and didn't feel right. Now their cooldown is 50% of standard value. This makes lasers a more agile, fun weapon. Only small, med, lg and ERLg lasers are modified this way. Pulse lasers are not.

Version 1.4: Lasers S, M, L, ERLarge are now all standard except cooldown is 50% normal cooldown (a standard 4 second cooldown is now 2, for example). All ranges reduced by 10% (to 90% increase over standard, instead of 100% increase over standard) becuase AI was really enthusiastic about having super long range lasers.
Version 1.3: Fixed incompatibility with "Yet Another Weapon" mod.
Version 1.2: Fixes errors in prior versions, and reverts lasers to standard values other than the cooldown change.

Drop "UberWeapons" folder into your MW5Mercs/Mods folder. Enable in game, restart game.

Works with all mods that don't modify weapon ranges.
