Rescales mechs and loadermech do NOT use with MercTech or YAML
DO NOT USE WITH MERCTECH OR YAML
This volumetrically rescales mechs for those not using merctech or YAML. Allows mechs to use buildings for cover and have more space in formations. I have also included the plugin for others in case anyone wants to use the logic in other mods. It now runs mech specific rather than generalizations allowing tweaking of appearance of individual mechs.
