initial release. Tabletop rebalance, weapons and ammo
Ever wonder what it would be like if all the weapons were TableTop accurate? Well this is my attempt.
I based the balance around a 5 second round. Almost all weapons have a 5 second cooldown (RF and SB are 50%dmg 50%cd). In Tabletop they use a 10 second round, and so when a Medium Laser has heat of 3, that means you need 3 heat sinks to cool it. Therefore in MW5 where the heatsinks cool 0.1h/s, the ML has a heat of 1.5, thus requiring 3 heat sinks to cool it (3 * 0.1 over 5s). So if you want to know how many heatsinks you need, you just need to know that Tabletop heat value.
Optimal and Maximum range are set to TT long range * 30m. Example: ML long range 9, times 30m equals 270m. LRM range 21, times 30m equals 630m.
Weapon Tiers have been unmodified. So you'll still get OP Tier 5 weapons with +30%dmg, -25%cd, -22.5%heat, +25%range, & +25%velocity.
I modify only the 4 weapons tables, and the ammo files.
