I has merged Diplomacy 1174 with PBOD 0.96.3, and updated to warband 1.174 with the newest Warband Script Enhancer 2.

I has merged Diplomacy 1174 with PBOD 0.96.3, and updated to warband 1.174 with Warband Script Enhancer 2 (v1.0.8.4).
I solved many compatibility problems, including the merger of pbod 0.963 and diplomacy 1174, the update for warband 1.174, and the update for WSE2;
