Instructions.
Place each text file into the mod's main directory. 
Example: 
steamapps\common\MountBlade Warband\Modules\The Conquerors of Coultchorn Beta 1.1
Characters folder goes into either depending if you are using Mount&Blade Warband or Mount&Blade Warband WSE2 ('???' means user's name):
C:\Users\???\Documents\Mount&Blade Warband\
C:\Users\???\Documents\Mount&Blade Warband WSE2\
Description.
I have made some 'tweaks' to The Conquerors of Coultchorn Beta 1.1 to make this module more playable. I have made tweaks to faction interactions on the world map and cosmetic tweaks giving female lords hair.
Troops.
All female lords that were bald and having the same exact face has been changed (or fixed). Each female lord now has an individual hairstyle and face. 
IMPORTANT!This change requires a new game in order for changes to take place. 
Factions.
Factions in TCOC did not behave properly. Hostile parties would only target the player party never ever attack any other parties. Nor would'neutral' or Major factions ever have conflict with hostile parties. The result is that the player is unnaturally plagued with hostile parties swarming against the player. This is very imbalanced and ruins the early game for brand new level one characters. Now the player can maneuver around hostile parties and non-hostile parties have a chance of conflict with hostile parties. Instead of 'Robber Knights' skipping caravans and groups of farmers to chance the player there is a good chance that the 'Robber Knights' will chase the caravans or farmer party.
Instead of ignoring 'Deserters', a patrol or a lords party is very likely to give the 'Deserters' chase, giving the player a chance to escape hostiles. Don't work the game is still very dangerous and challenged but now its balanced and operate like any other module for MB.
IMPORTANT!This change MAY require a new game in order for changes to take place. I doubt you need a new change for this tweak to work. The tweaks will most likely take place in parts of the map were the player is not loading their save from otherwise it may take leave the area you load from to see all changes.
Known bugs\Changelog.
Change made to the font color of the 'witchmen' to prevent confusion.
Fixed a bug that caused deserter parties to be extremely and interrupting the player while sieging.
Added hair and faces to companions; Dayo, Angharad, Hersir Vivian. Each of these companions character exports 
have been added to the mod so that a player can add the face codes to an existing save.
Changed faction of Bandits Awaiting Ransom party so that other hostile parties won't attack them.
Changed Wickland faction font color back to green instead of red.
Replaced muscled armor chest piece on lords with Linothorax armor.
Added hair and faces to many female nobles.
New game is required for these changes to take affect.
