FEATURES
• Base interest rates for deposits and loans
• Base rates are then modified to a variable rates. The following factors apply
- A centers prosperity
- Relation to center affect's rates
- If loan repayments are missed this affect's rates
- Faction relations affect rates and deposit's
• If relation with lord is to low random chance of him taxing deposits
• Interest rates affected directly by ratio of deposit size to center wealth
• Bank only available in capitals
• XGM mod option - set base interest rate.
• War between your faction and banks faction results in a war tax being applied to deposits.
• Centers being be-sieged can tax a deposit for defense of center.
• Being part of different faction effects interest rates.
• Repayments are required within a period of 30 days failure to make this deadline has consequences for relations, debt, and deposits.
• A centers ideal prosperity and its actual prosperity are takin into account for calculations.
• The wealth of a center is also used when looking at the interest rate for deposits.
• loans and deposits affect a centers wealth and prosperity
