About this mod

WORKING voice commands!

I tried MuSHr00mpiCKl3s's voice commands mod and it didn't work, so I created this one which does work on my system.

Say your orders out loud, and have your army actually do them!

Hello! This is what it sounds like: voice commands for both Warband and Napoleonic Wars! My friend requested this, and after trying multiple other voice command mods which didn't work, I decided to make my own! Now, you can have fun commanding your troops around without having to press any keys.

Instructions:
1. Install .net framework 1.1 (Click it; its a link)
2. Unzip VoiceCommands.rar somewhere
3. Inside it, go to the "SR" folder.
4. Run Setup.exe as an administrator.
5. Open "Shoot" folder and open shoot.exe
6. Click File --> Open and go to the folder profiles (WhereYouUnzippedIt/VoiceCommands/Shoot/Profiles)
7. Open Napoleonic Wars (MaB_NP) or Warband (MaB_WB)
8. Now, when you hold down the tilda key (~/`) you may speak an order.

Tips/Troubleshooting:
• Try to practice first with just Shoot by itself open. (With no MaB) Make sure when you hold tilda down, the X on top of the microphone goes away. When you say a command with Shoot open, it might say a note like "Too loud, speak softer." Follow those tips and it should work.
• Don't yell or use exaggerated accents. (If you wish to, read bullet point 3.)
• Try also downloading a different version of .net.
• If you want to drastically improve the speech recognition, then you should train the voice recognition. (After I did this, it let me yell and use accents.) To do this, open control panel and search for "Speech Recognition." At speech recognition, you should see "Train your computer to better understand you." Click that, and follow the instructions.

If MuSHr00mpiCKl3s's PiLfluS version of this didn't work, try this one! PiLfluS didn't work for me, so I made my own!
