Suggestion 1: Add an "advance steadily" option so we don't have to micromanage our inexorably advancing shield walls.
Suggestion 2: Would it be possible to tweak the AI so that criminals (bandits, looters, etc.) don't use formations, while soldiers (war bands, deserters, etc.) do? This would make some in-setting sense, because enemy soldiers would logically have training in tactics, while typical bandits usually wouldn't.
Suggestion 3: Make archers able to form into shield walls, behind the infantry. This mirrors actual military tactics, going back to Roman times.
Suggestion 4: Add some sort of "keep formation" option (possibly a "formation tolerance" slider or something), so that the infantry aren't constantly re-arranging themselves.

Does version 1.168 contain the campaign AI?
