About the Playermod: replace the playerped.rpf in \Max Payne 3\Max Payne 3\pc\models\cdimages\
About the Audiomod: use OpenIV to open the audio.rpf, and put the files, which is in "interactive_music", into sfx/interactive_music. put the files in folder "music" into sfx/music
there are some bugs with Audiomod, it's unnecessary for installing. if you get problem of sound, you can press "Esc" twice to avoid it.
