The health meter has been slightly tweaked but the Bullet Time meters have been changed for a tip-touching pair of bullets for that sand timer look. Something I thought would look cool but simple.
The painkiller icon has been coloured and the look of it tweaked.
The health meter has just been edited a little in GIMP.
