This is an app that randomizes more things than just the player races, and it's designed to bring true variety for your runs.
It also helps indecisive people like me who always ended up playing with all the Victory Conditions and Advanced Settings enabled all the time.
Even though the galaxy generation can be pretty random and the game has a native feature to randomize the races, after playing through this game enough, I've found myself feeling like I've been playing the same old things way too much despite the in-game randomizations, and wanted even more. 
So I've decided to come up with this thing to spice up my future playthroughs.
Keep in mind that this is not exactly a "mod" per se -which is why I classified it as a Utility-, but an .exe file that you run and it will generate you a text file for you to set up your next playthrough accordingly.

=====What it does=================
The base game already has the options to randomize races; and give you a random galaxy.
But they were not enough.
This app also randomizes the difficulty, various pace settings (research/production/population growth speeds), galaxy size, galaxy type, enabled advanced settings, enabled victory conditions, number of players, the starting age, galaxy age and planet density by star.

On top of everything, since Master Of Orion has a native feature of creating your own Custom Race by spending perk points to pick out traits for your custom race, so I've included a feature that randomizes these traits and create a randomized custom race for you too.

Note: If the Racial Traits are disabled in the Advanced Settings, the Custom Race doesn't get randomized and you just pick out a random race, because there is no point to it.

==========Requirements===========
The app itself requires nothing. Just extract and run the executable, and it will generate a text file inside it's folder. 
But the app will assume that you own all DLC's of the game and the randomized attributes will come up accordingly.
(Mainly, the Race Genetics for your randomized custom race)

===========Installation============
Nothing. Just download, extract the .rar, run the .exe and use it.
Exit and run it again to reroll a character.
So yeah, that's about it for now...

===========Known Issues==========
Sometimes the app fails to generate a random race for you, and you can notice that when the app doesn't tell you anything instead of the usual "Your text file is generated, you can open and check it now" prompt. I've yet to spot the actual reason.
And sometimes the app creates a random race while still retaining some points to spend on the creation tab.
For these, I might have to resort to making an improved version of the randomization algorithm, but I'm just too lazy for that now anyway. And they are rare enough on their own, if they happen, just reroll. Or if you get a random race that still has points to spend, use the remaining points as you see fit.
