Buffes stellar converter, allow to shoot from it more often, with more accuracy, inflicts more damage and practically at any distance. It's really possible to crash a planet with toy like this.
Manual installation
Place this folder to <My Documents>\Master of Orion\Mods\ (ENTIRE folder, not just files from it!).
Ensure that mod is displayed and enabled in modlist (Main Menu -> Mods).
