Seems like origin forces an overlay on with Steam and this causes a stuttering problem we're experiencing in M1, only way I was able to fix this was to rename or delete the overlay dll here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\igo64.dll, then the stutter stopped in M1.

Step 1: Go To C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\

Step2: Look in folder for this file: igo64.dll

Step3: Rename the file to anything. I renamed mine to oldigo64.dll, or delete the file.Step 4: launch the game
