This mod removes Flashbang Grenade and Inferno Grenade from shared cooldown, so they can be cast regardless of other powers. To compensate this advantage, their cooldown is increased from 6s to 12s (and from 9s to 18s for Kasumi and Zaeed).
There are also some additionals tweaks for Inferno Grenade: - It no longer deals damage to you or squadmates. If you are in blast area, you will still be briefly stunned by the initial grenade impact, but without any damage. - Impact radius is increased from 3.5m (Rank 1) and 4.5m (Inferno Blast evolution) to 4m (Rank 1) and 6m ((Inferno Blast evolution). - Also, I noticed in .pcc file, that impact radius in power discription is used for initial grenade impact only, but not for individual fragments. Idk if it's bug or intension, but each fragment has it's own impact radius only 2m, regardless of power rank or evolution. This impact radius is now increased to 3m, so frangments hits bigger area.
