Remove Cerberus branding from the Spirit/Nightmare/Shade Armor you get as a reward for beating 9999 score on the Armax Arsenal Arena.
This is a DLC repacking of the mods originally by MoonkissedAgara.
Why would Shepard want to be associated with Cerberus? This mod modifies the spoils you get from beating "9999" score at the Armax Arsenal Arena by adding additional variants of the armor you unlocked without Cerberus branding.
Features
- Retextured Cerberus Armor in the style of N7, Spectre, or Alliance colours
- Also available in Torso pieces and Helmet (in an upcoming release)
Notes
You will only get the variant of the armor you have unlocked (i.e. Spirit/Nightmare/Shade). This means that in a single playthrough, you are not able to unlock more than one variant. A New Game+ is required to unlock a second one. If you don't like this behaviour, use the Trilogy Save Editor to unlock them.
Known Issues
- Fixed in 0.3.0:
In 0.2.0, "(Unused) Faux-Alliance xxx Armor" shows up for Male Shepard. It's harder to make single gender only armor than I thought...
Removing Helmets
Install the Expanded Galaxy Mod (QOL only) to add "H" as a toggle during gameplay to toggle off helmets.
Torso Pieces
v0.4.0 adds torso pieces for you to mix/match with different helmets. You should install the Invisible Vanilla Armour Parts mod to pair with other invisible or "None" armor pieces.
Unlocking the "Faux-Alliance" (Brookes) Colours for Female Shepard (From 0.3.0 on)
Due to game limitation, you have to do additional steps to unlock the armor variant for FemShep. After acquiring the relevant Cerberus armor, go to the Spectre Acquisition to "purchase" the "Faux-Alliance" variant for 0 credits.
Installation
- Use ME3Tweaks Mod Manager to install
- Drag the zipped file over ME3 Tweaks Mod Manager. Then it will prompt to install directly.
- If importing via import button make sure to click Apply mod at the bottom right of the window.
- Make sure to install all content mods (ME3 Tweaks mod manager) before installing any textures.
Removal
- Manage Target -> Delete or Disable 'Armax Arsenal Armory'
- Or go to your DLC folder in your game directory and delete the '\DLC_MOD_ARMAX_ARMORY' folder
