Makes conversations with the Catalyst skippable with Spacebar (or X on controller).

While we are waiting for ending mods to be created for LE, I made this lazy fix for myself to make the 20 minute long conversation with The Catalyst talking pretentiousness last only 15 seconds by skipping through all of the dialogue with Spacebar or X.
It should work with all languages. I only tested this a couple times with one save file, so let me know if there are any issues or any lines that are left unskippable.
I might later look into not having this conversation play entirely but at the moment this is best I can do with my fairly limited knowledge.
Installation

Use ME3Tweaks Mod Manager to install
Drag the zipped file over to the ME3 Tweaks Mod Manager window.
Then it will prompt to install directly or to import the mod into the library. If you are importing, make sure to click Apply mod at the bottom right of the window after.
Uninstallation
------------------------------------------------------
Open ME3Tweaks Mod Manager to uninstall
Click Manage Target -> Click Delete on 'Skippable Catalyst'.
