Just drag and drop the contents into your install folder (eg ME1\Binaries\Win64).

If you get a crash, rename dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll
If you get mouse issues, rename or delete the Origin overlay dll: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\igo64.dll
