Changelogs
Version 1.1
Fixed an issue where the game would crash at the end of the Casino mission of the Citadel DLC
This mod fixes many small issues with the HUD, especially when using mixed input, meaning any input system that simultaneously outputs controller and keyboard/mouse signals. This is common for things like the Steam Deck or controllers that have extra buttons, such that you may map the extra buttons to keyboard inputs, or the gyroscope to mouse output to control the camera. In the vanilla game, this causes the UI to flicker and some features do not work how you expect. For example, you cannot use the power hotkeys while using a controller. This mod fixes that.
The changes are less extensive than they are for LE1 and LE2 because this one did not need as much work to get up the basic standard I wanted to meet.
full feature list:
You can now use power hotkeys while using a controller.
The power hotkey bar will actually hide completely when you hide it.
You can now toggle the hotkey bar with Y on the keyboard like in LE1 and LE2 with HUD Enhancements.
The hotkey bar will now remember whether it was hidden across saves and level transitions. If you hide it, it will stay hidden until you unhide it.
You can lock the prompts and hints to controller or PC styleusing install options. By default, it is dynamic and will behave like vanilla, based on which input type you are currently using. You can lock it to PC or Console style. This affects the interact prompt, the button prompts in the Atlas/Triton, and hints shown in game.
If you start to drag a power while the hotkey bar is minimized, it will expand until you drop the power icon.
Fixed a bug that caused the d pad icons to get cut off in part of the power wheel.
