Although the intensity of the flash itself does not change unless you remove the elements, the scaled down versions should still make your playing experience significantly more comfortable. I recommend removing the streaks and using the 50% plume. 

*If you see a weapon unaffected by this mod then it has likely been left unchanged as it uses generic textures required by other gamefiles... or I haven't found the texture yet :|

*The projectile sparks and energy stream are animated so they are not altered by this mod.

Flash:

-remove flash streaks
-flash streaks at 25% scale
-flash streaks at 50% scale
-flash streaks at 75% scale
-flash streaks at 100% scale ( vanilla )

Plume:

-remove plume
-plume at 25% scale
-plume at 50% scale
-plume at 75% scale
-plume at 100% scale ( vanilla )
