The Alliance fatigues retexed in N7 colours with a matching hat for Joker.

I shifted this stuff over from my Alliance Uniform page as it was a bit messy having both over there.
This is just a version of the alliance everyday fatigues retextured to go with the N7 theme. I may add alternates in future.
You can grab a couple of alternate hat colours here: N7 Joker's Cap
The original Alliance retexture is here: Alliance Uniforms by Murderclan.
Install with Mass Effect Modder, as usual. Any problems, just ask.
I've included the .DDS files for files for anyone who might want to edit them themselves. If you don't need 'em, throw them away.
