Fixes the bug of the Arguing Couple asset having a value of 0. This bug is present in both OT3 and LE3.

Overview
Comforting the Arguing Couple on the Presidium is supposed to give a small boost to the Citadel Defense Force war asset. However, due to a developer oversight, it does nothing because it has a value of 0. It has both a description and a notification when you obtain it, and the wording of the description implies it was meant to give a small benefit. It is also the only asset to have a value of 0. All other assets have some value, positive or negative.
The ME wiki erroneously claims that the description attached to the arguing couple, "Warning people on the Citadel to prepare for the war has improved civilian readiness." is unlocked by supporting the Gung-Ho Civilian in one of those walk-by argument events. However, testing has revealed that this description is in fact tied to the arguing couple, and not the gung-ho civilian.
Taking all this into consideration, the value of 0 doesn't seem intentional. This mod gives it a value of 5, as several other "join the conversation" events gave the same value.
Please note that if you have already talked to the arguing couple, this fix is not retroactive. It must be applied before talking to them.

This mod is a very simple Coalesced_INT.bin edit that only changes one line. There shouldn't be any compatibility issues, but please let me know if that's not the case.

- Download the mod.
- Drag and drop the .7z file onto ME3Tweaks Mod Manager.
- Click the Apply Mod button.
To uninstall:
- With LE3 selected in the Installation Target dropdown, click on Manage Target.
- Click on the Delete button next to Arguing Couple Fix.
