Citadel Expansion Resource Project

This mod is designed to be a resource for the modding community so the barebones ME2 Citadel can be expanded to be the size it truly should be.  The first iteration of the mod only includes the Human Embassy and the Citadel tower areas. They are fully explorable and able to travel to and from each area.  I plan on porting more areas from LE1 to complete the Citadel in the future, but for now it only has a few new areas so it can be more immersive when visiting the Council.



Modders:
The files BioP_CitHub, BioD_CitHub, and BioS_CitHub files have changes to them to account for new streaming and travel logic.
This is designed to be added onto in the future, if you want to add new stuff inside the areas, it probably would be best to add a new BioD file to the streaming states since I will be editing the BioA files in future iterations.

NOTES:

- The rapid travel destination for the Factory District does not work if Garrus' loyalty mission is not active.

 This mod can be installed by users if they just want to explore the presidium and the tower. There is not much in the new areas due to this mostly being a resource but it is fully working otherwise. There are a few invisible walls on the Presidium and Tower, they are placed there due to those areas not having collision and not being ported yet.

Compatibility:
This mod is not going to be compatible with mods that edit the same files as my mod due to this mostly being a resource rather than a mod. 

Installation:

Download with Mod Manager, or drag the 7 zip file into the ME3Tweaks Mod manager, install, then apply.
