i understand this wont be a high priority but could you make a just the hair version of this mod? would that still clash with having same gender romance ashley activating the beacon? i just care about the hair (his og hairstyle is so ugly eugh) but i still wanna be gay with ashley at the beginning of the game rip. i completely get not being able to choose between these two mods is a me problem so no pressure or anything haha!!!
What a fabulous mod! Love this look over the weird WTFluff hair from the original version!! Any chance for less giant eyebrows in the future? (snort giggle)
Great work with the update! Alenko's face going places while idle aboard Normandy does indeed appear to be gone for good.
Just wanted to add, in case anyone wants to use cut armors via console or Black Market License mod like Jormungand, Janissary etc. on him without some of his hair sticking through the helmet on the back, below two files of the mod
BIOA_NOR10_01_DSG.pcc BIOG_HumanMale_Hench_C.pcc
need the following editing steps:
1) Open one of these up with Package Editor, which can be accessed via Legendary Explorer through ME3Tweaks Mod Manager's tools
2) Open up BIOG_PTY_HumanMale_Appr_L(Package) for Kaidan, BIOG_PTY_HumanFemale_Appr_L(Package) for Ash (it's found within _DSG.pcc, so might as well edit this too in case you want her to use said armors), either via the menu to the left or by typing in "headgear" (without parentheses) into "Find object by class" (search function, that is) up top.
3) There, with the properties tab selected in center, open Headgear > PTY_HumanMale_Appr (Kaidan) / PTY_HumanFemale_Appr (Ash)
4) Within these, open m_aArmorSpec[2] to the right and select m_aModelSpec. After, click the "Add Array Element" in the bar below the properties tab. With that, the light armors are fixed.
5) Repeat step 4) for m_aArmorSpec[4], the heavy armors.
6) Save the file. Before you do, be certain you got a vanilla backup available.
Hi, do I need to edit the heavy armors as well if I plan to have Kaidan in my squad in the end?
But I did noticed that my Shep's modded bun is appearing as well when I used the the Black Market License (some of them at least) so I was wondering if this is also a fix for femshep?
BIOG_PLR_Female_Appr_L(Package) and BIOG_PLR_Male_Appr_L(Package) are the entries for the Shepards that contain the sections. You can find these files either within ME1/BioGame/CookedPCConsole or within one DLC-mod or another in ME1/BioGame/DLC that edits these files. If the latter, you'll need to edit those. You don't strictly need to do step 5 if you don't plan to use any heavy cut armors, but since they all share the same mesh anyway and in case you want to have Ash use it you might as well.
Thanks for letting me know that the issue seems to be fixed, and for posting the compatibility guide! I’ll look into adding more compatibility patches but to be honest the patch options are already extremely bloated

Might you consider making a patch for this mod?

It is, for Femshep, MShep and Ash you'll also want to edit these files here:
BIOG_Female_Player_C.pcc
BIOG_HumanFemale_Hench_C.pcc
BIOG_Male_Player_C.pcc
BIOG_PLR_Female_Appr_L(Package) and BIOG_PLR_Male_Appr_L(Package) are the entries for the Shepards that contain the sections. Anyone found a fix?
