If you have missed "Data Recovery" side quest during main mission of Feros, it still can be acquired from Gavin Hossle in Zhu's Hope after completion of the main Feros mission (if the colonists were not killed). But it can't be completed because the elevator required to access the Prothean Skyway is disabled after Thorian's death. This mod just enables the elevator allowing you to return back to the ExoGeni facility and complete the quest.
