Makes Omni-tools and BioAmps equipable for all 6 Shepard classes.
What equiping Omni-tools and BioAmps does:
Omni-tools have a passive Shield bonus and First Aid cooldown reduction as well as Tech powers cooldown bonus which should be useful if you using a Tech class bonus talent.
BioAmps have all their bonuses focused to modify Biotic talents. Player will benefit from equipping a BioAmp if using a Biotic class bonus talent.
IT IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED TO START A NEW GAME AFTER YOU INSTALL THIS MOD, BUT IF YOU WANT TO USE IT ON PREEXISTING SAVE YOU HAVE TO USE CONSOLE COMMAND OR SAVE EDITOR TO HAVE ANY BIOAMP/OMNI-TOOL EQUIPPED.
